Radio talk show host Laura Ingraham while having a debate with an atheist caller made the mistake of falsely correcting his perfectly correct English twice. The embarrassment was as follows:
Caller:"I think he's smarter than me."
Ingraham:"Smarter than I"
and
Caller:"I might be smarter than him."
Ingraham:"Smarter than HE."
Wow, now that is ASTOUNDING stupidity....
It didn't make her look too good either when she started off by using a personal attack against him by saying he lived with his parents and doesn't work, which is something completely irrelevant and untrue.
She also states that Martin L. King and the women's movement did what they did because of religion, sooo... they would have been just fine with discrimination if they were atheists...?
More importantly, religion was used as justification for slavery and segregation, contrary to what the radical right would have you believe.
